A handmade jewellery workshop at Château du Broustaret
Guest rooms are not the only activity that brings life to Château du Broustaret! For several years now, our guest house has also been home to a botanical jewellery workshop, where we create jewellery using flowers that we grow and harvest on site.
Each of our pieces of jewellery is unique: we create them one by one, entirely by hand. Whether you are simply curious about how they are made, want to take home a souvenir of your stay, or are looking for an original gift for a loved one, you can discover them during your stay!
Perhaps you have noticed that the rooms in our guest house are named after flowers?
These are the flowers we grow at Château du Broustaret to create jewellery at Atelier Passiflore ! 😉

Discover dried flower jewellery from Atelier Passiflore
The Passiflore Workshop is a project that is close to our hearts : our aim is to showcase the flowers that surround the Château du Broustaret, but also to create elegant jewellery that respects nature. We create them on site, using plants that we grow and harvest all around the property.
Next, we carefully preserve the dried flowers and foliage under a press in the form of resin medallions to create delicate and poetic designs. Our jewellery is very light, discreet and easy to match with any outfit !
Enhancing the value of a preserved natural area

To create these pieces of jewellery, we carefully select the most beautiful flowers from our flower meadow. In summer, you can explore this unspoilt natural area right next to the guest rooms.
Our flower-covered fallow land takes the form of a strip of cultivated flowers that stretches along the vineyards. We grow varieties of honey plants, such as centaury, cosmos, marigolds, poppies, and more.
Since its creation, we have seen many insects return to the vineyards : bees, bumblebees, butterflies… which take advantage of this refuge to forage and pollinate the surrounding plant species.
We carefully select the flowers we harvest to create our jewellery: each time, it’s like a treasure hunt to find the most beautiful ones and pick only what we need.
Jewellery creation : a demanding craft
The jewellery from Atelier Passiflore is created by us, directly on site at Château du Broustaret. Through this approach, we are committed to doing our part to preserve high-quality, environmentally friendly local craftsmanship.
Once harvested, we dry the flowers for three weeks under 19th-century cast iron bookbinding presses, using a technique that we have perfected over the years. This allows us to remove moisture from the plants and preserve the brightness of their natural colours.
We then preserve them in resin, which hardens when exposed to UV light. To achieve this level of detail and ensure that the plant in the medallion remains intact, we have to apply three successive layers of resin.
Finally, after a polishing stage, the jewellery is assembled and can be added to our online shop or the guest house display window !

At Atelier Passiflore, we create pieces that are both poetic and refined, yet durable and easy to wear every day. We offer all types of jewellery, so that everyone can find something that suits them.
Our range includes :

Upon arrival at the guest rooms, you can admire the jewellery displayed in an illuminated showcase located in the entrance hall.
If you stay for more than two nights, and depending on availability, we can also create a personalised piece of jewellery for you ! You can choose from :
- The type of jewellery,
- The metal,
- The flower among the plants we grow.
We will then custom-make it during your stay so that you can pick it up before you leave. If you are only staying for one night, please feel free to place your order before your arrival so that your jewellery can be made in advance.
This is the perfect opportunity to create a unique souvenir of your holiday or give an original gift to one of your loved ones !
