Detailed room rates – 2025
Our rates remain the same all year round (with no variability) and include breakfast, as is customary in bed and breakfast accommodation. We have two ranges of guest rooms :
- 3 classic 25m² rooms from €90 per night,
- 2 large 35m² rooms from €105 per night.

Booking and cancellation conditions
Payment of deposit on booking
To confirm your booking, we ask you to pay a deposit of €40 per room at the time of booking. This payment can be made directly at the time of booking, on our website, or by bank transfer.
The rest of the payment must be made when you arrive at the guest house. We do not have a payment terminal on site : please bring cash to make the rest of the payment.
Conditions for cancelling your stay and cancellation insurance
If you wish, you can take out cancellation insurance with our partner Safebooking. This must be taken out within 24 hours of booking.
Conditions of stay
Your arrival at the guest house
We will contact you by phone or email to arrange your arrival time. Reception is between 3pm and 7pm. All arrivals outside this time are subject to prior approval by us and may be subject to additional charges.
If the number of people on site exceeds the number specified at the time of booking, we reserve the right to refuse additional people or to refuse access. This refusal does not constitute a cancellation of the booking, the full amount of which remains due. If our capacity allows, extra people may be accepted, with our agreement, subject to payment of the extra beds and rooms allocated.
The remaining balance of the booking must be paid on arrival in cash.
So that we can organise things as well as possible, we will ask you what time you would like to have breakfast the day before. Table service (in the dining room or on the terrace, weather permitting) can take place between 8.30am and 10am. A basket can be provided in the shared kitchen if you wish to have breakfast before 8.30am. We reserve the right to refuse breakfast service if you do not arrive within an hour of the time agreed with you the day before.
During your stay
Access to the building is via a separate entrance that is accessible 24 hours a day using a code that will be provided to you on arrival. Under no circumstances may this code be communicated to third parties without our prior authorisation. Your presence will not be tolerated in rooms that you have not reserved or in rooms of the house that you were not shown during your welcome visit.
We ask you to show respect for the residents of the house and other travellers, in particular by avoiding excessive noise levels (especially at night) and by avoiding cluttering shared areas.
Free access areas are available to all travellers, including a kitchen, dining room, lounge and terrace. Please leave them tidy and clean after your stay (dishes included). Any abuse, damage or missing items may be billed.
Following a number of incidents, pets are unfortunately not accepted on site. Our aim is to ensure the well-being of all travellers, and to prevent damage to the house and its furnishings.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. An ashtray may be provided for smoking on the terrace.
The use of any flame or heating appliance not supplied by us is prohibited. Additional electric heaters are provided in all rooms.
Your departure
On the day of your departure, we ask you to vacate your room before 11am to allow for cleaning. By prior arrangement, this time may be extended to 12 noon, subject to an additional charge.
Rooms must be returned in perfect condition. We ask you to inform us of any damage or malfunctions observed, and to assume the financial consequences if you are responsible. Any theft or damage may be billed.
General terms and conditions
These terms and conditions may be amended at any time without notice. Acceptance of and compliance with these terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted as soon as the deposit or balance has been paid.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access and correct your personal data. Under no circumstances will we pass on the information you provide to other companies or organisations for advertising purposes.
